We had a great time being “Empowered” at the 99th Arkansas FFA State Convention and Expo this week!! Your Corning FFA received the National Chapter Award, the Affiliated Chapter Award, and the FFA for FFS Award. When you purchase items or donate to us, this is just one of the many things you are providing the ability for our students to experience. Thank you so much for allowing them to have these opportunities!! Enjoy the videos of Taytum Whitley and Rhetta Green accepting our awards on behalf of the Chapter (posted in comments), casual pictures made in the moment, and a few posed pictures around town and during the convention. It was a little bittersweet sharing one last trip with these Seniors- Kilee Burkheart, Taytum Whitley & Abby Staggs. We’ve gone a lot of places and experienced a lot of fun times over the years. Mrs. Green will always be in your corner to love and support you girls!! 💙💛❤️🥹

THANK YOU all for the amazing amount of support from everyone who has placed an order for a flower stand!! We need to cut off orders at this time so that we can have plenty of time to get them done for everyone. If you already placed and order, we will notify you when your stand is ready and we have flowers!

We will have Spring baskets for sale soon! Most likely the first week of May. We are waiting on them to get good and bloomed out for you. In the meantime, we have been working on some flower stands for you again. They’re $45. If you’d like one, we have 3 white and 2 stained with Early American available. Please comment on this ORIGINAL post if you would like yours to say Welcome, a last name, or a house number, etc. These pictures are examples of last year’s flowers and stands for reference. Thanks to everyone who has ask about them already. We will make a post when the flowers are ready! Until then, send us your flower stand orders!

Corning FFA & 4-H had a great day at the Crowley’s Ridge Classic Livestock Show. Rhetta done a great job exhibiting her Holland Lop but he didn’t earn a placing today. Kimber’s Holland Lop’s got a 4th and her French Angora got Best of Breed! Even though the day didn’t turn out exactly as we wanted with some
of the placings and showmanship, both girls are learning and able to work harder and apply what they’ve learned preparing for future shows. It’s all about experiences and growth!! Proud of you two!! 🤗🐰

Corning FFA & 4-H made us proud at the Buffalo Island Jr. District Livestock Show. Rhetta Green won 3rd & Kimber Owens won 1st with their Holland Lops. Rhetta participated in the Senior Showmanship and Kimber participated in the Junior Showmanship. Miss Kimber walked away with Junior Showmanship Champion!! We are so proud of these girls!!

Corning FFA competed in the Eastern District Career Development Events today at ASU Jonesboro. These FFA members took extra time to learn knowledge and skills in an ag related field that can prepare them for a future related career or teach them skills they can apply in other fields. Several were first time competitors among hundreds of FFA members present today. They learned where they need to focus their efforts in the future and everyone did very well!! Your Agronomy and Milk Quality & Products teams were among the top 12 in the Eastern District. 👏🏻👏🏻 I’m proud of all of them and look forward to next year! To my Seniors…it’s been a fun ride and I am so so very proud of you all!! 🥹❤️💙💛

It was a GREAT day for Julie Nipper at the Arkansas State Fair Rabbit Show!! 🏆🎡🐰

Julie competed against youth all across the state in 2 different junior ARBA (Arkansas Rabbit Breeders Association) shows. She’s grown, she’s learned, she’s earned, she’s networked,
she’s made lifelong friendships, and she gets to carry it all forward with her for a bright future! We are so proud of you Julie!!! Way to close out your last State Fair!!
