A truck loaded with thousands of copies of Roget's Thesaurus crashed yesterday losing its entire load. Witnesses were stunned, startled, aghast, taken aback, stupefied, confused, shocked, rattled, paralyzed, dazed, bewildered, mixed up, surprised, awed, dumbfounded, nonplussed, flabbergasted, astounded, amazed, confounded, astonished, overwhelmed, horrified, numbed, speechless, and perplexed.

Several friends have recently donated boxes of books, and many of our readers regularly leave books inside the LFL as they stop by. This community participation is what makes this LFL fresh and interesting and has helped us grow over the last five years. The amount in this photo will supply our library’s current needs for 2-3 months.

Our LFL is restocked weekly with 10-20 new selections for readers of all ages. If a book is in the box over two weeks, it is rotated into one of the other local libraries. We can all be found on the map at https://littlefreelibrary.org/

If you are spring cleaning and have books you’d like to donate, let us know by leaving a message. We will be happy to pick up those well-loved books and get them into the hands of new readers. Books can also be dropped beside the box at 1028 East Sixth Street, close to Corinth Middle School.
