PSA. To our customers that have signed up for Eye On Water. Thanks for signing up. If you experience a leak the app should send you an email notification. If you need assistance installing the app on your smart phone please contact our office If you are a customer that has not signed up for Eye On Water yet it is crucial that to contact our office at 870-799-3305 and update your phone number so we can notify you in case you experience a large leak. Also just a steady stream from your faucets should prevent your pipes from freezing up. Not necessary to run faucets wide open. Thank you to our customers for your consideration on these topics.

The Dota Water office will be closed Monday 1-26-2026 due to road conditions. Payments may still be made online Public Water Authority. We will be taking emergency calls @ 870-613-8574.

With the extreme winter weather that is forecasted in our area, here are just a few tips to help prevent your water from freezing. Please do not remove the lids from the water meters. Keeping the lids on the meters help to prevent the meter from freezing. Also remember to leave a slight flow of water running from the faucets in your home while the temperature is going to be well below freezing. Open all cabinet doors inside your house with plumbing behind them so heat from your house can reach the plumbing. Also it is a good idea to locate and confirm your shutoff valve is in working order in case you do have a broken water line. Our office hours will vary based on road conditions.
