Cheers to RAGBRAI for 150 years of being the greatest bike ride to take over Iowa! With that being said, our office will be closed on Friday to allow all our Ragbrai friends to roll into town with the least amount of car traffic as possible. Clients will be delivered a frozen meal the day before. Have fun riders 🚴‍♀️🚴🏆

We asked and the Johnson County community members delivered, literally! 👏 Thank you to our new Meals on Wheels of Johnson County volunteers who are helping to feed our senior neighbors in need, five days a week. 🥗🍽

Johnson County Meals on Wheels is back to delivering meals five days a week to seniors after temporarily reducing delivery days earlier this summer due to a volunteer shortage.

Known for his biking prowess during and local events, Clarence is also one of our MVP Meals on Wheels Delivery Volunteers at Horizons. For years, he has delivered meals three times a week, year-round, to local seniors in need. 🍽️❤️
Huge appreciation to Clarence for his dedication and achievements! 🙌 Let's celebrate him and all the amazing volunteers making a difference in our community. 🎉👏

Just a quick reminder that our office will be closed on Tuesday, July 4th, for Independence Day. There will be no meal deliveries.
We will be back in full swing on Wednesday, July 5th, ready to serve you once again. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Also, thank you to the volunteers who made deliveries today. ☺️

We recognize as an important historical event and a celebration of freedom. In observance of Juneteenth, our offices will be closed on Monday, June 19th. NTS will remain in operation as scheduled.
