Help Us Shape Something Special in Copper Canyon
My name is Victoria Swink, and I’m working to preserve and breathe new life into my grandparents’ property on Copper Canyon Road. This isn’t just a business plan—it’s a mission to protect a family legacy while creating something meaningful for our neighbors in Copper Canyon, Texas.
As a descendant of pioneers and a proud graduate of Texas Woman’s University, this land—and the spirit behind it—means everything to me. I want to honor the strength and vision of those who came before us while building something that serves the next generation.
I’m developing a multi-use property that blends agritourism, conservation, and education. The vision is rooted in our town’s history and natural beauty, and is designed to offer connection, reflection, and hands-on experiences for guests and neighbors alike.
🌟 Planned Features:
A glamping retreat inspired by the pioneer women of faith whose spirit and determination helped found Copper Canyon
The Fogles’ Trail, a walking path sharing our family’s story
A Prehistoric-themed RV zone and nature play area (just 2 sites)
An aesthetic, educational aquaponics feature
A fully furnished short-term rental home (Airbnb)
A Pioneer-Style Gathering Barn for micro events, workshops, and community use
🌱 Future Additions:
The Fogle’s Farm Stand - is a place where local residents can sell what they grow, harvest, or create—from garden veggies to hand-picked herbs—celebrating self-reliance, neighbor-to-neighbor
The Little School in the Woods - a future phase of the project, to be launched after I complete my graduate degree in speech-language pathology (SLP)
A replication of the Antioch Chapel for quiet reflection and small weddings
👉 Your opinion matters.
I’ve created a short community survey to understand what people in Copper Canyon would like to see.
Thank you for being part of this vision—and for helping us create something truly special for Copper Canyon.
