Thank you to everyone who joined us today for our June Monthly Member Meeting!

A special thank-you to City Barbeque Fairlawn for generously donating a delicious buffet lunch, and to The Signature Group - Century 21 Carolyn Riley Realty and Copley Outreach Center for providing fabulous giveaways (congratulations to those who won!).

Thursday's meeting featured a unique insurance roundtable discussion, giving members the opportunity to connect directly with experts from Akron Insurance, Bologna Insurance Agency Inc., Edward Jones, Primerica, Sedgwick, and Wilson Cyber Risk Consulting to get answers to their insurance-related questions. Thank you to each of our participants for sharing your time and expertise!

And, despite a morning power outage that had lasted through the night, the lights and water (and air conditioning) in the Great Room came back on just in time for us! We're grateful to everyone who braved the potential concerns to join us for the occasion.

This meeting also marked the end of an era as our final Monthly Member Meeting at The Winery at Wolf Creek. We're incredibly thankful for their hospitality over the years and look forward to beginning an exciting new chapter next month in Copley Township's new Community Hall.

As we prepare for that move, don't forget that our new membership benefits take effect July 1st, including complimentary Monthly Member Meeting lunch tickets for Promoter, Sponsor, and Community Investor Members. Don't miss tomorrow's Monthly Member Meeting at The Winery at Wolf Creek!

Arrive at 11:30 for networking and to visit the lunch buffet. At 12:00, we’ll take a different approach with this month’s "Coverage Conversations: Choose Your Path" — an interactive roundtable experience featuring a variety of our member insurance professionals, including:

This will also be our final Monthly Member Meeting at the Winery, and our last complimentary buffet lunch, before we transition to Town Hall in July with a new lunch format. You don't want to miss it!

The Paul Janos Community Impact Award was created to recognize those individuals, and nominations for the 2026 award are now open.

We had a fantastic afternoon at last week’s Monthly Member Meeting!

A huge thank-you to everyone who joined us for another great opportunity to learn and strengthen relationships within our Chamber community. Such events continue to remind us just how much this organization is growing along with our members.

Beginning July 1st, select Chamber membership levels will now include lunch tickets for our Monthly Member Meetings — a new benefit we’ve been working toward for quite some time and are thrilled to finally introduce!

We’ll also be moving our meetings into the new Community Room at Copley Town Hall and expanding networking time following each meeting to create even more opportunities for connection and conversation.

We’re incredibly excited about this next chapter for the Chamber and grateful to all of our members for helping us continue to grow.

Two new opportunities to connect have been added to the calendar, and we’d love to see you at one (or both)!

First up is this week’s Midday Mingle, a casual lunch gathering happening on Wednesday at Old Carolina Barbecue Company. It’s an easy, no-pressure way to step away from the office, enjoy a good meal, and spend time with fellow Chamber members and guests.

Next week, we’re taking things in a more adventurous direction with the Sky High Social — an After Hours Adventure at Urban Air Adventure Park and a fun way to wrap up the workday.
