Using a chair for support, participants will be guided through simple stretches, breathing exercises, and mindful movements — perfect for older adults, those with limited mobility, or anyone seeking a low-impact way to stay active. 💛

North Whitehall Township, in partnership with the Copeechan Fish & Game Club, invites you to a day full of fishing, fun, and friendly competition!

📅 Saturday, June 6th (rain date: June 7th)
🕘 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
⏰ Check-in begins at 7:30 AM

Open to residents and non-residents ages 15 and under, this event is perfect for anglers of all skill levels—whether it’s your first time fishing or you’re a seasoned pro! 🐟🏆 Fish will be judged by both length and weight, with prizes awarded in each age category.

🌭 All participants will receive a free hot dog, bag of chips, and a soda courtesy of Copeechan’s snack stand!
