Open Space EIT Referendum – On the Ballot November 3rd, 2026

This November, North Whitehall Township residents will have the opportunity to vote on a referendum that would establish a dedicated 0.15% Earned Income Tax (EIT) for farmland and open space preservation. If approved by voters, the funding would be legally restricted to preserving, acquiring, maintaining, and improving open space throughout the township. Visit our website to learn more about the referendum, view frequently asked questions, estimate the potential tax impact, and make an informed decision before Election Day on Tuesday, November 3. Join us for this community project to paint and stain trail fixtures and cleanup trail debris. All are welcome to volunteer and supplies will be provided. We will also provide refreshments to volunteers. 🙌
