Celebrating Outstanding Older Adults in Otsego County! 🎉

This past month, some of Otsego County's most dedicated older adults had the opportunity to spend time in Albany with New York State Office for the Aging Director, Greg Olsen, and other state leaders.

Please join us one last time in congratulating Jim and Pat Hogan of Cooperstown and Brian Danforth of Unadilla, our 2026 Older Americans Month honorees. Through their volunteerism, kindness, and unwavering commitment to helping others, they make our communities stronger every day.

Thank you for sharing your time, talents, and compassion with those around you. Your dedication inspires us all and reminds us that giving back has no age limit.

👏 Congratulations, Jim, Pat, and Brian! Keep spreading joy throughout Otsego County—we appreciate all that you do.

Have you checked out Grow A Row? Grow a Row is a community-driven initiative that encourages gardeners to plant an extra row—or grow a little extra—of fruits or vegetables to donate to local food pantries and hunger relief organizations. By sharing fresh, locally grown produce, participants help combat food insecurity and increase access to healthy food across Schoharie and Otsego Counties.
