MICROMOBILITY SAFETY STARTS WITH SMART CHOICES

E-bikes, e-scooters, and other micromobility devices are becoming a popular way to get around, but safety must come first.

Whether you’re riding to school, the park, or around the neighborhood, every rider has a responsibility to know the rules and make safe choices.

Ride smart reminders:
✅ Know where you can legally ride
🪖 Wear your helmet and proper safety gear
👀 Stay alert and watch for vehicles, pedestrians, and roadway hazards
🤝 Be respectful of others sharing the road and pathways
⚠️ Safe riding protects you, your family, and the entire community

A safe ride starts with responsible choices. Let’s work together to keep our roads and neighborhoods safe.

🌊 Practice water safety — supervise swimmers and wear life jackets when appropriate
🔥 Use grills and outdoor cooking equipment safely
🔒 Lock vehicles, secure valuables, and remain aware in crowded public spaces
