This past Friday, our residents at Margaret Place took part in their annual carnival celebration, where they savored a range of delicious food, including hot dogs and fries, mini donuts, and strawberry shortcake. The games were also a hit. Diana's music was a great addition to the event this year!

For over 50 years, the Mary T Family of Companies has been deeply rooted in caring for others, and that same dedication extends to preserving the rich local history of our home community in C**n Rapids, Minnesota!

Back in November 2006, Mary T. Inc. saved a piece of local history by relocating the District No. 50 building directly to our C**n Rapids campus. Originally built in 1884 on the Jake Wilhelm farm as a one-room schoolhouse, it later served as a cherished family residence for decades.

When the structure was eventually slated for demolition, Mary T. Inc. stepped in to preserve what is believed to be the oldest house in C**n Rapids.

Today, it is the home of our Individualized Service Options offices.

For over 50 years, the Mary T Family of Companies has been dedicated to caring for others, and Mary T herself has traveled all over the world to share that mission, lend a hand, and make a lasting impact.

Back in 2004, Mary T and Margaret set off on an unforgettable journey through Southeast Asia, starting in Bangkok before making their way into Burma (now Myanmar).

Their days were packed with adventure: traveling by traditional horse carts, climbing ancient temple steps for 6:00 AM sunrises and 7:00 PM sunsets, and taking dugout canoes through the peaceful floating villages of Inle Lake. (Mary T admits she definitely preferred the sunsets over those early morning wake-up calls!)

Beyond the sights, the trip held a deeply meaningful mission. Heading to the Thai-Burmese border, they visited the D**g Na refugee camps to deliver school supplies gathered with the help of generous supporters back home. They assembled new playground equipment, passed out cookies to the children, and visited local health clinics and women's empowerment programs.
