Due to severe weather and flooding forecast for this evening, the Coolville Village Council Meeting scheduled for tonight, Tuesday, August 11, 2026, has been CANCELLED.

Water & Sewer Bill Update

We want to sincerely apologize for the recent billing issues. The GWorks system was causing some residents’ bills to double—or even more—and after waiting over a week with no response from their customer service, we decided to move to a new system to make sure everyone received their bills in a timely manner.

This new system didn’t cost the village anything, but as some of you have noticed, it does have a few kinks that still need to be worked out. Please know that we will make any wrongs right—you have my word on that.

We have all the meter reads, and if any information was entered incorrectly in the new system, we will correct it.

If you have questions or notice something that seems off, please call or stop by the Village Hall on Wednesday (or leave a message before then). The office will be closed tomorrow in observance of Veterans Day.
