**UPDATE** puppies are safe and secure with a rescue! Thank you everyone for stepping up!! And Thank you to Healing Heart Rehab for getting these babies lined up with another rescue!

🚨 URGENT – PLEASE SHARE 🚨
PUPPIES ARE STILL THERE!! LCR 380/FM1633. Deputies can not place animals in their patrol vehicles. Deputy Morris will be checking on them throughout the day, but we need help in securing these puppies. 💙

A mama dog and four puppies have been abandoned on Limestone County Road 380 near the intersection of FM 1633.

⚠️ They are in immediate danger. This is a high-traffic roadway, and if someone doesn’t get them soon, they are at serious risk of being hit by a vehicle.

If you are able to safely rescue them or can provide temporary foster care, please respond immediately or contact the Limestone County Sheriff’s Office.

Additionally, if you have any information about who owns these dogs or who abandoned them, please contact the Limestone County Sheriff’s Office. Abandoning an animal is a crime under Texas law, and we are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the person responsible.

Please share this post to help these dogs get to safety before it’s too late. Every minute counts.
