Casa Grande Ruins is a fascinating site that shares a part of the history of the Ancestral Desert People who inhabited the land and the structures they built. Today, visitors can walk around the Great House and compound, as well as look at artifacts and exhibits in the museum.
While walking and taking in the sights, please remain aware of your surroundings, such as uneven ground or the occasional lizard or other creature that may run across your path. Be careful when trying to touch vegetation, like cactus and other plants, as many protect themselves with sharp spines and can cause skin irritations.
Enjoy your visit to this great site by learning about its history and staying safe.
