The dog days of summer are almost over. So its important to enjoy it while you can, especially near Palo Verde and Arizona Blvd. We just prefer it if parents accompany their pups while exploring the local mud puddles this time of year. Do you know where he belongs? He will be with Pinal County Animal Care and Control waiting for his family to give him a much needed bath

The key to never growing old, is playing in the rain, then taking a nap under a tree like a child near 1st St and Elm Ave. At least that's what this pup thinks. He may be stuck in the body of a older pup-izen, but he's pretty sure he's just a baby. And honestly, we agree. He even huffs and puffs at us when we tell him no more treats! So he will be getting dried off and continuing his nap at Pinal County Animal Care and Control

This little man is very concerned. Water is supposed to be in a bowl, not falling from the sky! So when we offered him a ride near Main St & Vah Ki Inn Rd, he was happy to hop in and receive emotional support for his troubles. He will be with Pinal County Animal Care and Control waiting for sunny days, ans his family to share them with.

When this cutie heard that Coolidge Police was hiring, she decided to drop by thr station at Arizona Blvd & Palo Verde to apply as their newest K9 recruit. No one told her that applications are online! Plus, we're pretty sure she isn't 21 yet by doggo or human years. Do you know her family? They can pick her up at Pinal County Animal Care and Control

Meet Pretzel
She has been hanging out east of town for a few days while the resident attempted to find her owner. When the resident didn't have any luck, they reached out to us.
As luck would have it, Pretzel is microchipped, with (mostly) accurate information! Through a series of miscommunications and other unfortunate events, Pretzel was found here in Coolidge, but should be in Flagstaff. Her owner was contacted and will be *hopefully* coming down to get her.
This is why we will always recommend microchipping. You never know when it will help bring a pup home when they are well and truly lost.

For as long as there has been a mail carrier, there have been dogs suspicious of their every move. This pup was pretty sure the mail people had treats, and is determined to find out! Luckily, a neighbor stepped in near 7th and Pinkley to prevent a treat-hold-up, and provided this sweet girl with everything she needed. Even in the truck, she's pretty sure that mail truck is holding out on her.

When you're this cute, it's hard to keep it contained. So she decided to share it with the world near 3rd and Roosevelt. No one told her she needed her parents to accompany the cuteness! Now we're having a sass filled party in the truck while she informs us of the audacity it took to pick her up.
