🏘️ Communities & connections make recovery possible for everyone.

Recovery looks different for everyone, but one thing stays true: it's stronger with community behind it. UC Recovery exists to make sure no one has to navigate recovery on their own β€” because everyone deserves access to support that meets them where they are.

🧩 When communities connect, people thrive.

Recovery isn't a solo puzzle piece β€” it fits together with the people, support systems, and community around it. That's what UC Recovery is here to build: real connection that helps people not just get by, but thrive.

🌊✨ September is National Recovery Month β€” this year's theme: You Are Not Alone.

Recovery isn't something you're meant to do by yourself, and at UC Recovery, you don't have to. We're a peer recovery support community built for people who are in recovery, exploring recovery, or supporting someone who is β€” offering connection, community, and real support from people who get it.

Overdose Awareness & Su***de Prevention is about more than awarenessβ€”it’s about people, families, and communities.

According to the most recent data from 2024, there were 1,174 overdoses in the Upper Cumberland region. Behind every number is a person, a family, and a story.

Grateful for the Jackson County Prevention Partnership and the work they are doing to bring our community together, raise awareness, connect people with resources, and remind those who are struggling that hope and help are available.

Recovery is possible. Prevention matters. And every life is worth fighting for. πŸ’œπŸ’™
