This is in the town of Monterey, TN. A very small town, just off I-40. It's town motto is, "Where the Hilltops Kiss the Sky." They aren't lying. Anywhere near this area is BEAUTIFUL.

An egg customer told us, "if Trump was still in office, our eggs would still be $1 dozen." Not $2, which they have always been the last 10 years. We sometimes have $1 sales because we have 23 dozen on hand.

There is so much information available. No reason to, "just do it," as we did when we found this spot of rural bliss.

Another good story about the subject. It didn't take long to get used to driving 20 miles to the nearest grocery store. Anytime we leave our home, it's a minimum of an hour & a half...if we rush.

This is about leaving New York City, but the benefits of country living are the same.

I relocated from Queens to the Berkshires. Coronavirus will eventually pass, but the advantages to rural living seem here to stay.
