Just a friendly reminder that our visitation hours are 9-5 daily, 365 days of the year. All carts must be back to our office by 4:30 and the main gates automatically close at 5. Please ask any of our office staff if you need help locating your loved one's site. We will gladly give you a map and get you headed in the right direction.
Though we are not open to the general public, those who are interested in green burial can schedule a tour M-F, with 3 time options available and 10AM only on Sundays (as available). Please call 770-483-7535 during our office hours of 9-4:30 to inquire scheduling a tour.

We take great pride in the personalized services we can offer at HCW. Military Honors hold a special place in our hearts as we are moved to watch this offering to the family. There is something special about seeing the colors of red, white and blue against a background of green.

With an abundance of wildlife calling HCW home, learning about them is important to their survival. We have many species of turtle/tortoise in and around Honey Creek at Bridge to Grace. A friendly reminder to always stop for those in the middle of the road and if you move, please move in the same direction they were headed. Turtles have an internal GPS and shouldn't be removed from the area found. They always know their way home.

If you take the time to look around, nature will give plenty to be in awe of. This is pleurotus dryinus, most commonly called Veiled Oyster Mushroom. Honey Creek Woodlands has a variety of fascinating species throughout the preserve.

The sightings of wildlife caught at Honey Creek bridge this week have been spectacular. These birds stay pretty elusive to the camera. So grateful for their appearance and existence here.

This photo was shared by one of our beloved families. Many are familiar with Dumbo, the deer born and raised in the Meadow. He has since moved on to start life as a young buck and only seen a few times in the past 9-10 months. This new born definitely resembles him! Our wildlife are very important in the work that we do. Preservation, conservation, and green burial are all part of the circle of life. To care for all who are on these sacred grounds is an honor for us.
