Congratulations to our Media Specialist, Mr. Bryan, who was selected as a Star Teacher by a former student last month at the Superintendent’s Academic Awards help at Salem High School. This awards ceremony recognizes the Top 10 Academic 10th, 11th, and 12 graders from each one of the four Rockdale County High Schools. Each student gets to pick one teacher that helped them in their academic journey to be recognized as their Star Teacher. Congratulations again for all you’ve done for our students past and present.

Good morning Shoal Creek Family!

First of all, thank you all for your support for the Book Fair this year. It was very successful and we once again raised a lot of money for new books for the Media Center as well as to support our AR, Reading Bowls, and Read Across America programs.

I just wanted to remind everybody that you can shop the Book Fair online today as well as tomorrow, April 1st. All you have to do is go to the Book Fair website below and click where the Online Fair is located on the website. All orders will be shipped directly to your home. We are proud to celebrate our Shoal Creek Elementary scholars for earning 3rd place overall at the RCPS Science Olympiad! This outstanding accomplishment reflects their curiosity, teamwork, and dedication to learning. Our students worked incredibly hard alongside Ms. Weber, preparing diligently and confidently sharing their scientific knowledge and skills. Their commitment truly paid off, and we could not be more proud of their efforts.
