Our firefighters had the privilege of visiting local children to read stories and share important fire safety education this month. We truly enjoy these opportunities to connect with our youngest community members, spark their imaginations, and teach them how to stay safe in and around the home.

From learning “stop, drop, cover your face and roll” to understanding what to do in an emergency, these moments help build lifelong safety habits in a fun and engaging way.

We were also excited to have Sparky join in the fun at the Conyers Book Cellar book fair, helping spread smiles, excitement, and fire safety awareness throughout the event!

We are always proud to serve our community, both on and off the fireground! 🧯

On Saturday, March 21st from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM, our crews will be in the Country Lake Estates and Kingston Woods subdivision conducting our Smoke Alarm Blitz.

We’ll be:
- Checking existing smoke alarms
- Installing free smoke alarms where needed
- Ensuring families have early warning protection

Working smoke alarms save lives, and were committed to making sure every home is protected.
