📢 Rockdale County UDO Final Draft is available!

Rockdale County Planning & Development is pleased to announce that the Final Draft of the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) is now available for public review! 🏡🏗️🌳

The UDO is a comprehensive update to the County’s development regulations and is intended to create a more clear, consistent, predictable, and user-friendly framework for future development in Rockdale County.

The Final Draft incorporates feedback received throughout the public review process and reflects the County’s continued efforts to modernize its development regulations.
