9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Alvin J. Coleman & Son, Inc. – Phase 2 – Main St. Project
September 15, 2026 – (9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.) - Alvin J. Coleman Son, Inc. will be completing the box cut in the southbound lane of Route 16 at the south end of the bridge over the S**o River. The traffic pattern for this work will be an alternating pattern
of north and south bound traffic using the current northbound lane. Flaggers are being used to maintain traffic flow in both directions on Route 16.

September 14, 2026 – Alvin J. Coleman & Son, Inc. is currently removing existing pavement and box cutting the southbound lane of Route 16 at the south end of the bridge over the S**o River. The traffic pattern for this work will be an alternating pattern

Starting September 15th R & D Paving will be reclaiming, grading and paving all of Pequawket Drive from Quint Street to the Albany town line. The crew will be on site approximately three days. Please seek alternate routes.

Many Town Staff and Officials attended the Honor Summit opening last night at the Indigo Hotel in Intervale with Governor Kelly Ayotte. September 10-12, two pillars of light will rise from the summit of Mt. Washington from 8:00 pm to 12:00 am to pay tribute to the lives lost, the first responders who answered the call, and the veterans whose courage continues to protect our communities.

NHDOT – COVERED BRIDGE NO. 48 – EAST SIDE ROAD, CONWAY, NH
NHDOT will be conducting routine maintenance on the wooden Covered Bridge over the S**o
River on Tuesday September 8, 2026 from approximately 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. The bridge will be completely closed
to all traffic during this time period. Plan ahead, seek alternate routes, or avoid travel in this
area completely
