*update* yes we know who this is and have filed a report with the proper authorities. A couple of people have offered to replace the fridge.. thank yall!!! I’m still going to leave this post up though, just for shaming purposes ..

Let’s make this lovely gentleman famous… the night of the 21st this pos decided to help himself to the mini fridge at the blessings box at the fire department. I wouldn’t think that it needed to be said but here she are!! Take what you need!!! Leave what you can!! By taking the fridge he’s got us back to powdered milk packets for whoever actually uses our little box❤️ sad thing is is that same box has fed this gentleman before! Anyway.. if anyone knows this…person… let him know we still would like our fridge back!!! And maybe find someone else to feed you!

Help us help the community. We have a small food pantry (including a fridge for milk, eggs, meat, etc). The fridge is empty and the pantry is almost bare.
Help us fill it, we can pick up groceries or even go shopping for them if you need us to.

Tonight we had our annual Christmas Party. Huge thank you to Mt Gale Baptist Church for use of their acilities and continued support. We would also like to thank the Pine Village Community for th4 constant support they provide to our volunteer fire department. We are honored and proud to serve you all.
Congratulations to Assistant Chief Chad Patterson for being awarded "Most Calls Ran award". Firefighter Ricky Hammon for being awarded "Rookie of the year". And Laura Alexander for "Firefighter of the year" (no picture of Laura because she was at work).

UPDATE ON SEPTEMBER 8, 2025: DUE TO AN ABUNDANCE OF EMAIL REQUESTS, THE ORDER IS NOW FULL AND THIS OPPORTUNITY IS NOW CLOSED. FAULKNER COUNTY OEM WILL NOTIFY THOSE WHO EMAILED AS TO THE STATUS OF THEIR ORDERS!

Original Post: The Faulkner County Office of Emergency Management is providing free reflective address markers during the month of September! Reflective address markers help improve public safety by assisting first responders locate homes more quickly and efficiently during an emergency. All residents of Faulkner County, including residents within city limits, who have a valid address registered in the Faulkner County 911 Addressing Database, are eligible to receive a free reflective address marker. There is a limit of one address marker per residence.

The reflective address markers are being ordered in bulk. These markers are metal (same as county road signs), and they are reflective with a blue background and white lettering. There are no other color options or variations available. Only the marker itself will be supplied, and residents are responsible for purchasing hardware and installing the marker at their driveway themselves. Do not attach the marker to your mailbox unless your mailbox is located directly at your driveway.

Due to cost, only a limited number of markers will be ordered. Markers will be given out on a first-come, first-served basis, to those who place an order. Orders will be accepted during the month of September ONLY. No orders will be accepted after the close of business on September 30. Orders will only be accepted when placed in one of the following routes:

1) Email [email protected]
For email orders to be valid, they must include all of the following: Name, Phone, Full Address, and Email Address; OR

2) Visit the OEM booth at the Faulkner County Fair

Orders will ONLY be accepted by email or in person at the fair. Orders will not be accepted via telephone under any circumstances.

The Office of Emergency Management will be placing the final bulk order in October. Once that order is placed, it will take approximately 6-8 weeks for delivery. Once the items are received, we will notify citizens via facebook when markers are available for pickup. No markers will be shipped/mailed. All markers must be picked up at the following address:
