🏈🏀⚾️August 2026 Newsletter 🏈🏀⚾️

We believe in transparency, so our August Newsletter shares an honest look at where we are and where we’re headed.

2026 has been a challenging year. We lost significant funding, and our Director personally stepped in to help provide sports equipment and opportunities for youth. We are proud of what we’ve been able to do, but we also recognize that this isn’t sustainable.

So, we’re using the remainder of 2026 to REORGANIZE, RESTRUCTURE & PREPARE FOR 2027.
✨We haven’t stopped! ✨
STEM will return monthly in 2027 at Black Diamond Studio Venue.

We’re actively seeking sponsors, donors, and community partners to help us serve more youth.

Our 2027 calendar will be released in December, with activities based on available funding.

Understand we are only able to do with funding we have available! We are planning the year but if funding is unavailable there may be changes to some program activities!!

Frequently asked questions⁉️

What ages do we offer programs for? Tball is 4&5 year olds. Youth baseball is for ages 5-15. Youth softball is for ages 5-13.

Price for registration? Our fall ball program costs $60 per child for softball/baseball, $25 for tball.

What days are games? We play 2 games per week on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings. Each team will only play twice during those three days. The fall season will be from September 21st through October 22nd.

HEADS UP! Conway Youth Baseball, Softball, AND T-Ball Registration begins in ONE WEEK!

Youth Baseball (6u-15u)
Youth Softball (6u-13u)
T-Ball (4 and 5 year olds)

Our season will run September 21st through October 22nd. Games will be played 2 nights per week, between Monday, Tuesday, Thursday. There are no evaluations for our fall baseball season.
