AIPAC, AI & crypto are undermining democracy as they plan to spend over $500M in 2026.

While we fight to overturn Citizens United, Democrats must get their own house in order and ban super PACs in their primaries.

One person one vote. Billionaires should not buy elections.

We need to find other ways to educate voters and support in NH since our state leadership will not.

Read Justice Elena Kagan’s powerful dissent against the Supreme Court’s decision to gut the Voting Rights Act.

Yesterday, a bipartisan NH senate committee unanimously voted against HB 1132, a vague bill that would ban nearly every kind of flag from being flown in NH public schools.

This is a step in the right direction but your state senator still must hear from you so we can stop this vague and unconstitutional attack on students and educators First Amendment rights.

Do you support open enrollment at NH public schools?

The New Hampshire House voted 168–184 on April 23 to defeat Senate Bill 101, which would have allowed students to enroll tuition-free at any public school in the state with available space, with twenty-one Republicans joining all Democrats in opposition. After the vote failed, the House tabled the bill, effectively ending its chances for the 2026 session in its current form. Supporters of open enrollment say a separate but similar bill is still headed to the House floor, keeping the policy debate active.

Here's something that shouldn't happen: the New Hampshire House is still moving forward with SB 223, a bill to strip student IDs as a valid form of voter ID, even though the governor already signed an identical bill into law.
That's right. HB 323, a bill with the same intent, goes into effect next month.

SB 223 is a duplicate. It's redundant. So we need to ask the House to ITL SB 223. There's no reason to pass the same law twice.
