Mother’s Day isn’t just about celebrating, it’s also about recognizing! 💛 Mamas, we hope you had a restful day yesterday feeling loved! Today, take a second to check in on your mental health and watch for signs of burnout.

Caregiving is powerful, but it can also be exhausting. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, you’re not alone.

Signs of burnout can include:
🔹 Constant fatigue
🔹 Irritability or feeling emotionally drained
🔹 Trouble sleeping
🔹 Feeling like you’re running on empty

Give yourself permission to rest, ask for help, and take up space. You deserve care, too. 🙌
