My team is working diligently to scan all recorded paper documents to our records search platform.

$50 a month → $40 a month → $0. FREE.

For years, accessing online public records through the Merrimack County Registry of Deeds came with a monthly subscription fee. It once cost $50 per month, later decreasing to $40 per month.

I believed we could do better.

Through hard work and a commitment to making public records more accessible, I eliminated the monthly subscription fee entirely.

Today, the cost is $0 — giving everyone free online access to these public records. This means greater access, greater transparency, and thousands of dollars in savings.

From $50 to $40 to FREE. That’s progress you can see.

🗳️ Vote Samantha Morse for Merrimack County Register of Deeds on November 3rd.
