The City of Concord invites you to attend a community meeting to learn about the City's Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Transition Plan update.

At the meeting, City staff will provide an overview of the ADA Transition Plan and share how it helps identify and prioritize accessibility improvements at City parks and facilities. Community members will have the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback to help guide future ADA upgrades.

The meeting is scheduled to take place in person on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, at 6 p.m. in the City Council Chambers and online via Zoom.
