64 new affordable housing units!

It was all smiles yesterday when Ruth Lewin Griffin cut the ribbon to celebrate the opening of 64 new affordable apartments. She has had a tremendous influence on everyone there including Governor Sununu who remarked that she was the reason he got into politics! Our new LEED Gold housing project is proudly named Ruth Lewin Griffin Place in her honor.

If you are a landlord in NH, please consider taking this survey!

Everyone is concerned about increasing rents around the state...and you can help us understand what's behind them! If you own residential rental property in NH, we ask that you contact us and take our survey. It's (relatively) easy and is important to helping to understand the housing market in the state. Email us at [email protected] to take the survey online or via phone. ** We do a drawing from survey participants for gift cards as a thank you.**

Last night, CAPSC’s Homeless Outreach team along with Waypoint and Youth Success Project took to the streets to participate in the very important point-in-time unsheltered count for New Hampshire. This is a national effort to count the number of individuals who are homeless on a specific night of the year, which will help us to understand the extent of the housing and homelessness crisis in our region, across the state, and nationwide. The point-in-time count is conducted every year, which allows us to compare numbers from year to year and evaluate trends. Shout out to our amazing outreach team and wonderful partners, Waypoint and Youth Success Project, for participating in this important project!
