This week is Child Safety Week! Children are eager to be “Junior Safety Inspectors.” Use their enthusiasm to teach simple, everyday safety skills:
* Plan a home fire escape route together.
* Teach them safe walking, crossing, and biking--teach them the rules of the road and help them to spot hazards.
* Make sure every child has swim lessons, and always actively supervise them in or near the water.
