Scotts Valley Band of Pomo Indians is offering a beading circle for graduates. This is open to any and all Tribal members looking to personalize their graduation attire by adding some beadwork.

This is being held on Tuesdays from 4:30pm - 6:30pm at the Scotts Valley Tirbal Office on 11th St in Lakeport.

***5/14/2026: Due to demand, we are opening this event up for any Tribal member and their family to attend and bead in preparation for upcoming graduations! Rock on Native youth, we are proud of you and want to ensure you are celebrated and shining bright on your big day!***

Graduation is right around the corner! Join us for 5 beading sessions, celebrating your accomplishment, to bead on graduation caps, gowns, stoles, feathers and/or earrings to wear during your graduation ceremony.

Every Tuesday: May 12 - June 9, 2026

This hands-on class is facilitated by Bear Ford, offering a space to celebrate your accomplishments, express your creativity, and carry your story into this next chapter. Supplies, dinner, and transportation provided.

SVTT will be offering a 9-week Positive Indian Parenting series.

Starting this Wednesday, March 4th @5:30pm
This series will be meeting every Wednesday evening in March & April

This series will review and highlight traditional parenting styles & techniques from the past and look at how to best integrate them into current day parenting to become the best parents, guardians, and caregivers we can be.

Dinner will be served at 5:30pm
Childcare will be available

**You do not have to be a TANF participant to attend
**TANF participants may be eligible for a $250 incentive
**TANF participants (that are first time moms) may be eligible for an additional "baby kit" worth $250
