LABOR DAY WEEKEND: MAKE IT HOME SAFE!

You don’t have to be drunk to be dangerous. Even a small amount of alcohol or other substances can slow your reaction time, affect your judgment, and put lives at risk.

If you’re impaired, don’t drive.
Make a plan.
Get a ride.
Protect yourself. Protect others.

One decision can save a life.

Let’s end summer with memories, not tragedy.
Drive sober. Every time.

September is Su***de Prevention Month

At Chrysalis Recovery Center, we believe every life has value, every story matters, and there is always hope.

September gives us an opportunity to come together to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and remind those who may be struggling that they are not alone.

Su***de does not discriminate. Behind the smile, the strength, and the “I’m okay” may be someone struggling with pain they don't know how to express.

You don't have to have the perfect words. Sometimes simply saying, “I'm here. You matter. Let's get through this together,” can make all the difference.

If you or someone you know is struggling:

Call or text 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline is available 24/7 for free, confidential support.

At Chrysalis Recovery Center, we know that connection is powerful, recovery is possible, and asking for help can be the first step toward a different tomorrow.

Your life matters. Your story matters. You are not a burden. You are not alone. There is hope.

Let's make September more than a month of awareness. Let's make it a month of connection, compassion, conversation, and hope.

Welcome, September!

As we welcome September, we embrace a new season and a fresh opportunity for growth, reflection, and positive change.

September reminds us that change can be beautiful. Just as the seasons shift, so can we. Every day is an opportunity to make a different choice, take another step forward, and continue working toward the life we deserve.

Let this month be a reminder to prioritize your mental health, nurture your recovery, practice self-care, and stay connected to the people who support you. You don't have to have everything figured out. Just keep moving forward, one day at a time.

May September bring new beginnings, renewed hope, and countless reasons to be grateful. 🍁

💜 August 31st — International Overdose Awareness Day 💜

Today, we remember the lives lost to overdose and the families, friends, and communities forever changed by those losses.

Behind every statistic was a person. A son. A daughter. A mother. A father. A sibling. A friend. Someone who was loved, someone who mattered, someone who had hopes, dreams, and a story that deserved to continue.

Their lives mattered. Their lives still matter. 💜

We remember the laughter, the memories, the moments shared, and the love they gave. We honor those we have lost by speaking their names, sharing their stories, and reminding others that addiction does not define a person's worth.

To every family carrying the weight of loss, please know that you are not alone. Your loved one is not forgotten.

Today, we remember them.
Today, we honor them.
Today, we say their lives mattered.
They are loved. They are missed. They are forever remembered. 🕊️💜

Let’s continue to fight stigma, offer compassion, educate, support recovery, and remind those who are still struggling that there is hope and help.

For every life lost, may we choose compassion.
For every person still struggling, may we choose hope.
For every family grieving, may we choose love.

Never forgotten. Forever loved. Always remembered. 💜

This event is today. Veterans Park Manchester NH. 4 pm to 6 pm.

Behind every statistic is a life lost to a 100% preventable crime. As law enforcement patrols enforce our Drive Sober or Get Pulled Over campaign, remember: driving impaired is NEVER worth the risk.

August is Overdose Awareness Month, a time to remember those we have lost, support those who are grieving, and stand alongside those who are still fighting the disease of addiction.

Every overdose death represents a life with value, a family forever changed, and a loss that was preventable. By reducing stigma, encouraging open conversations, increasing access to treatment, and promoting harm reduction strategies such as carrying naloxone (Narcan), we can save lives.

Recovery is possible. Hope is real. If you or someone you know is struggling with substance use, please know that help is available. Together, we can raise awareness, inspire hope, and work toward a future where fewer lives are lost to overdose.

💜 Remember. Support. Educate. Act.

🌻 Welcome, August! 🌻

A new month brings a fresh opportunity to reset, refocus, and continue moving forward one day, one choice, and one step at a time.

Whether you're beginning your recovery journey, supporting a loved one, or simply working toward becoming the best version of yourself, remember that progress doesn't have to be perfect. Small, consistent steps create lasting change.

As we welcome August, let's choose hope, kindness, and resilience. Here's to new beginnings, brighter days, and the strength to keep moving forward.

The Circle of Control

Life can feel overwhelming when we spend our energy trying to control things that are outside of our reach. The truth is, we cannot control everything that happens around us but we can always choose how we respond.

Focus on your circle of control:
✨ Your thoughts
✨ Your actions
✨ Your choices
✨ Your attitude
✨ The way you treat others
✨ The effort you put forward

Release what you cannot change. Let go of the need to fix everything and everyone. Protect your peace by putting your energy into the things you can influence.

Remember, growth begins when we stop fighting what is outside our control and start investing in what is within it.

Be kind to yourself. Be kind to others. One choice at a time. 💙
