As far as we know, only the Plant Swap is canceled due to the rain.
However, Farmers Market and the Mulch n Mingle are still going! The Goshen Gardens did a big pizza order and unfortunately it’s hard to reschedule those… they also will have agua Fresca from La Dulce Plaza ! so if you don’t mind some mud, they could use all the help they can get today!

There's plenty to do this Saturday in Downtown Commerce! Of course, the weekly Farmers Market will be happening at 1100 Bonham Alley, 8 AM - 12 PM.

Then Goshen Gardens is hosting a Mulch n Mingle event!

There will also be the Annual Plant Swap, hosted by the Louise Drake Garden Club !

Additionally, CLI is having a HUGE garage sale this Saturday too! It starts 8 AM at the Old Gym by the Fire Station, 1512 Pecan Street.

ATTENTION: The Commerce Youth Sports Volleyball Camp has been MOVED to the Commerce Middle School's new gym, at 3680 Sregit Drive! Please make sure to bring your child to the middle school new gym for the Volleyball Camp!
The Youth Sports Volleyball Camp is June 1 - June 5, 8 AM - 11 AM.

We are very excited to present our first Commerce Farmers Market vendor featurette! At least once a month, we will highlight one of our vendors in a feature video.

You can find Sussanah at her booth for Kaufman's Baked Goods, THIS Saturday at the Commerce Farmers Market, 8 AM - 12 PM. It's located at 1100 Bonham Alley, next to Huffman's Farm Supply in Downtown Commerce.

Jokes aside, the attached photo was sent by a City employee a few days ago. A fake rock fixture that sprayed water was pulled out and damaged at the Splash Park.
Parents and guardians, this is where we ask for your help. We know kids will be kids, and sometimes, that means they get into things they shouldn't be in. While at the Splash Park, driving by or in the neighborhood, we ask that you please keep an extra eye on what's going on.

The Splash Park equipment does not come cheap. Just before we opened, our Parks & Recreation Department had to do major work to fix damage on the Splash Park that happened during the ice storm in January. This alone cost thousands of taxpayer dollars.

We want the Splash Park to not just run great, but also look great for the community. We hope that you can all help us minimize damage like this happening to the Splash Park.
