U.S. Navy Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Normandy (CG 60) passes floating production, storage, and offloading (FPSO) vessels supporting Guyana's energy development in the Stabroek Block off the coast of Guyana in the North Atlantic Ocean, March 27, 2025.
