The Lady Mustangs Softball Team is still UNDEFEATED!!!!

They defeated Hart Co. this evening with a final score of MC 13 and HC 1.

Keep it up the fabulous work ladies!!!!! Talk about WOWZA!!!!

Be sure to come out and support them as they take on the Hart Co. Bullpups again on Thursday, Sept. 10th at 5:00 p.m. in Hart Co.

🌍 From Learning to Applying! 🌍

Dr. Dunkerly's 7th grade Social Studies students turned into city planners today with a Task-Based Learning (TBL) challenge during our Africa Unit.

After studying physical features, environmental issues, and population distribution, students worked collaboratively to design a community in an African city. They had to decide where and why to build, identify environmental challenges, consider population needs, and make thoughtful decisions based on their knowledge.

To make it even more realistic, they had to follow specific criteria and a budget, bringing in math, problem-solving, and teamwork! 🏙️📊

It was so exciting to watch students turn what they learned into real-world solutions! 🌍❤️

A HUGE SHOUT OUT to our Mustang Football Team for their excellent effort last night against the Elbert Co. Rams.

It didn't turn out like we hoped, but they played a great game and never stopped trying!!!

Our MCMS Football Cheerleaders showed their Mustang Pride throughout the game as well!!! Proud of you ladies!!!!

Come out next Thursday, September 10th to MCHS for a home game against Habersham Co.

Good Lucky Fellas... YOU GOT THIS!!!!
