It’s hard to believe that the school year is almost over. What a great year we have had! From the Carnival to the Bingo to the spirit nights. Your support at those events made all of these HSO grants possible. Thank you!

Reminder: St. Mark's School will be hosting a light breakfast to be celebrated with our students' parents and grandparents. We are going to serve on two different days from 7:30am-8:00am. On Monday, May 6 those families with the last names beginning A-M will be invited to attend. On Tuesday, May 7, those families with the last names beginning N-Z will be invited to attend. A few weeks ago, the 7th grade class spent a beautiful spring day at the ball diamond celebrating their coin drive competition VICTORY! It was a very close race and they pulled off the surprise win! ⚾️🏆
They are planning to donate to the Family Fund at Children's Mercy Hospital. They selected this charity because several students in the class received care there, and they knew of other students in school who have had to go there as well. 7th grade also chose to donate a tetherball pole to our playground.

Altogether, our school raised $2,793 from the coin drive competition! What an amazing show of teamwork and generosity! Huge THANK YOU to our HSO who sponsored the Windsurge tickets.
Shout-out to our St. Mark's Eagles for being LEGENDS and following their hearts to help others! 🙌🏼

This morning, the students and staff at St Marks school practiced a full evacuation drill. Did you know that we can evacuate our entire building in less than a minute? After the evacuation, students and staff meet in the parking lot at St Mark’s Catholic Church where everyone is accounted for. We were thankful for the beautiful weather to practice this morning.
