Starting this summer, some recreation sites on the Colville National Forest will offer scan-and-pay as a cashless option for visitors. Please note that scan-and-pay is in addition to our standard fee tube payment system. Cash and check will still be accepted at these sites, along with the option to use the scan-and-pay system.
Locations that will offer Scan & Pay:
🌲 Republic Ranger District:
Deer Creek Forest Camp
Ferry Lake
Long Lake
Swan Lake
Ten Mile
🌲Tonasket Ranger District
Beth Lake
Kerr Campground
Lost Lake
Oriole Campground
Salmon Meadows
Sugarloaf
Scan-and-Pay allows visitors to pay from a mobile device for a first-come, first-served campsite using the free Recreation.gov mobile app. Visitors can electronically pay for available campsites by scanning a QR-code found at the campsite kiosk and filling in the details. No service? No problem! Your transaction will be processed when you are back online.
