🚨 TRAFFIC ALERT PLEASE AVOID THE AREA
Columbus, MS Fire and Rescue Department Columbus Police Department, MS and other emergency personnel are currently on scene of an overturned semi-truck between 12th Avenue N and 14th Avenue N. On Railroad ST.
⚠️ There is NO hazardous materials threat and no immediate danger to the public. However, heavy equipment and large machinery will be operating in the area as crews work to safely remove the truck.
🚧 We are asking motorists and pedestrians to avoid the area between 12th Avenue N and 14th Avenue N Railroad St. until operations are complete. Keeping the area clear gives crews the space they need to work safely and helps prevent additional incidents.
Please use an alternate route and do not enter the area simply to view the scene.
