d. Students must arrive to school by 7:45 a.m. on the day of their ceremony.
e. Balloons, posters, and noisemakers will not be permitted inside as they can cause a distraction and block the viewing of others. If balloons are brought in, parents, guardians, or guests, will be asked to move to the last two rows to avoid blocking other guests views.
f. Every student and parent deserve to hear each student’s name called. As a result, the audience is only allowed to applaud after the entire row receives their certificates/awards. This is nothing more than common courtesy and respect for others.
g. Cameras and video equipment are welcome; however, parents are not allowed to come in front of students or other parents.
h. Students will not be allowed to leave in the middle of the ceremony. All students must stay to the end of the program. Once the ceremony is over, students will return to their classrooms. If parents would like to check out their child, the parent will be able to sing out students with their homeroom teacher in the gymnasium.
i. Parents will not be allowed inside of the classrooms at the end of the ceremony.
