is a non-profit, grassroots organization founded to engage in education, training, job placement, and career development. Founded in 1997 by Willie Siders and Lorraine Cobb, the agency offers these services utilizing funding received through the U.S. Department of Labor's Workforce Investment Act (WIA) as well as the City of Columbus Department of Community Reinvestment.
