Our mission is to “reach out and touch” the lives of individuals and families, empowering them to achieve self-sufficiency, positive relationships, and economic success. The office will be closed this Thursday through Saturday (November 22, 2018-November 24, 2018), which means there won't be group on Thursday or Saturday.

Our Story

We are primarily a re-entry agency, currently funding our activities through grants from the Department of Labor. We aim to provide opportunities to incarcerated and formerly incarcerated individuals to obtain industry recognized certifications, employment in demand sectors, comprehensive support services and referrals, and mentoring.

T.O.U.C.H. offers the following services/referrals:
