Judge Jamison was a terrible judge. My family and I are lifelong democrats and we voted for Jamison in the past. However, voting for Judge Jamison was our worst decision.
Jamison directly blocked citizens and deleted the citizens’s comments because the citizens left truthful but negative reviews for her.
How could a judge that blocks citizens and deletes comments simply because they left truthful but negative comments for the judge worth trust from Ohioans?
Judge Jamison criticized woman for using aliases when the woman shared her story of being sexually assaulted by an OBGYN clinic.
An OBGYN clinic accused the woman of intending to harm their business because she shared her experience of being sexually assaulted by that clinic’s staff. The woman denied the clinic’s allegations and asserted that her intention was to prevent others from suffering the same trauma.
When the trial court has never ruled that the woman intended to harm the clinic’s business or anyone’s business, Judge Jamison (as the appeal court judge) directly adopted the clinic’s one-sided allegation to conclude in her ruling that the woman intended to harm the clinic’s business because she shared her experience of being sexually assaulted by the clinic’s employee.
However, in writing, Jamison also admitted that she “could not opine as to the veracity of the clinic’s allegations.” Then how could Judge Jamison directly adopt the clinic’s one-sided allegations in her ruling when she admitted that she did not know if the clinic’s allegations were true or false? That’s ridiculous!
We were advised by lawyers to not reveal identities right now because this case is still pending in front of Judge Jamison. After Jamison rules on our final motion, which we won’t be surprised if her future ruling continues to be ridiculous like her prior ones, we will put all the evidence that show Judge Jamison was likely bribed on here.
