Member Spotlights can help your club by:

🌟 Member Spotlight: Char Stille 🌟
This week, we're excited to introduce one of our outstanding members, Char Stille!
👋 About Char:
Char's professional background includes 30 years in early childhood education, where she served in both administration and instruction. Today, she is the HR & Development Director for her family's commercial painting business, Holderbaum's Painting Inc.
🔹 Rotary Member Since: 2023
💙 Why Rotary?
Char was inspired to join Rotary to give back to the amazing community where she raised her family for more than 30 years. She also knew several wonderful Rotarians and wanted the opportunity to serve alongside them.
⭐ Favorite Rotary Experience
While Char appreciates the many ways Rotary members can serve, her favorite is the I Can program. She enjoys working with second graders in Westerville, helping them build self-esteem, develop accountability, and learn the importance of spreading kindness.
🌱 Passion
Char is passionate about helping others. She loves that Rotary recognizes needs within our community and creates meaningful opportunities for members to make a difference.
🎉 Fun Fact
Char loves to host and is absolutely obsessed with plants. She says there's always room for one more, whether it's a plant or a person!
📍 Favorite Local Spot or Hobby
Char enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with family. When it's time to gather with friends and loved ones, Giammarco's is her favorite local restaurant.
💬 What does “Service Above Self” mean to you?
"After spending 30 years serving women and children through nonprofit schools, I find Rotary's mission aligns perfectly with my own. I'm grateful for the opportunity to give back in so many ways—both financially and through the many volunteer opportunities Rotary provides."
