As I sit here and watch the snow fall on this beautiful Sunday morning, I am filled with humility. I am humbled by my many loving family and friends who selflessly contributed in so many ways to the campaign over these many months and to the voters of Parma, Parma Heights, and Cleveland who selected me to be your next State Representative. Please know how appreciative I am of you. I will never take your love and support for granted.
Special thanks to my loving bride, Deena, who is always there for me and our two amazing kids, Patrick and Colleen, to my incredible campaign manager McKenna, to my super campaign mom Louann, to my campaign sister and brother Amanda and Dave and their hard-working kids who became my campaign nieces and nephew, and to my other campaign brother Russell. God has truly blessed me with these amazing individuals.
We won handily in all three cities. This is testament to the hard work of our entire campaign team and the positive message we brought to the voters. I am very proud of this, especially in light of so many campaigns this cycle that did not conduct themselves in this fashion. I pray the day will come when all candidates will run on their merits and inform voters of their platforms.
There are few things for which I would leave my beloved students. However, I know that I am being called to this higher office of service. What an honor it will be to serve the people of Ohio’s 14th Ohio House District in the Ohio General Assembly at the Statehouse in Columbus.
To those who did not vote for me, please know that I will work hard for all of my constituents at the Statehouse in fulfillment of my upcoming oath of office and in hopes of gaining your support. We are stronger together.
To my opponent. I wish you and your beautiful family all the best.
I would be honored by your continued support and prayers.
Best wishes for a beautiful and blessed Thanksgiving and Christmas Season!
Sincerely,
Sean
