Join us THIS Saturday, Sept. 29th at 12pm when Lori Lindsey AKA Your Wellness Navigator ushers us in conversation about aligning our physical, emotional and mental health. Let’s not wait ‘til 2019 to get our bodies and minds together; let’s start ! That way, when #2019 comes, we won’t have to because we !
