Enrichment Services Program, Inc. (ESP) is a private, non-profit community action agency founded in 1965. Our mission is to eliminate poverty through Education, Services, and Partnerships. We serve ten counties in Georgia (Chattahoochee, Clay, Harris, Meriwether, Muscogee, Quitman, Randolph, Stewart, Talbot, and Troup), and one county in Alabama (Russell). We are committed to increasing the awaren

ess of the impact of poverty and implementing strategies for reducing it. ESP motivates residents toward a desirable future and encourages them to become a healthy contributor to the life of our community. Our services include:
