Thank you to our incredibly generous volunteers, Linda & Eric, who put so much time in keeping our flowers and gardens beautiful throughout the year!

Linda and Eric update the large planter outside our front door seasonally and recently, they refreshed our raised beds with vegetables, so that the gardening fanatics at Just Friends can care for them.

It can be hard to know when you or your loved one might need to take a step up in the level of care they’re receiving.

If you’re noticing these things, it might be time to consider increasing care and giving us a call:

- increased isolation
- depression or anxiety
- increased falls or injuries
- wandering off
- concerning health changes
- decline in personal care
- caregiver burnout

If you’re not sure what the next step is, give us a call. Even if we can’t help, we have lots of resources that can!

Of course, if bingo is what you enjoy, we play every once in awhile.

But we also:

➡️ dance
➡️ get out into the community
➡️ do art
➡️ play games
➡️ eat breakfast, lunch and snacks
➡️ spend time together
