This past weekend members of the the 16th ENG BDE Survey and Design team and the 204th ENG DET participated in the inaugural “Tango Stakes”. All stepped off Saturday morning with a 3.5 mile ruck march then continuing on to the land navigation course completing 7 stations with 12 Tango specific task.
We would like to congratulate SPC Carpenter and SPC Hogan on winning the event with an overall time of just over 5 hours!!

We’re back! It felt amazing to be greeted by so many people in the airport, most of whom didn’t even know us, but the support is greatly appreciated.

CPT Fuchs pinned an Army Commendation Medal on each Soldier to reflect their achievements spanning the entire deployment and SGM Bernert pinned Army Achievement Medals for specific, individual outstanding acts.
