Dr. Kieran and Dr. Lynch provided a panel discussion this evening for the 21st anniversary of the September 11th attacks at First Presbyterian Church’s Town Hall meeting entitled “9/11 and the Future of the Global War on Terror.” It was an excellent introduction for the Columbus community to Dr. Kieran, the new Hallock Chair in Military History, and a reminder that the department is keen to engage our neighbors on a variety of topics.

Town halls are public meetings that are open to everyone. People are invited to ask questions, and say what they think about specific problems or policies.

Going to a town hall is a great way to let the community know in-person about the problems that matter to you. If you have questions that you want to ask about your community, a town hall is a good chance to get answers.
