Hey everybody. Unfortunately, the school bond did not pass and the space and crowding issues that the kids of Columbus face will continue. We will continue working to support our kids and our community. No matter how you voted, please join us in this effort. Huge thanks to all the Vote Yes volunteers for putting in so much time and hard work in supporting the kids of our town.

Today is the last day to turn in your ballots before 5 PM.
I know you’ve probably heard about this vote a lot, or maybe not enough, but I just want to say how important it is, especially for our kids. I get it, life is full and there’s so much going on. It’s easy to feel like now just isn’t the right time. But honestly, there’s never a perfect time. What doesn’t change is how much our kids, teachers, and schools need us to show up for them right now.
If you haven’t turned in your ballot yet, please take a few minutes today to do it and vote YES. This is about giving our kids the support and opportunities they deserve. They’re counting on us.

We've had some questions about where to drop off your ballot. The official ballot drop box is on the NORTH side of Platte County Courthouse. It is not out in front of the courthouse like it has been previously. It is in the drive-thru behind the courthouse.
DEADLINE for turning in ballots is 5pm Tuesday Nov 4. Let's do this!
