Join us on Black Women’s Equal Pay Day for networking and a public signing of the Columbus Commitment Pay Equity Pledge at the Adelphi Bank, Ohio’s first Black-owned bank. Whether you are a professional, entrepreneur, or simply interested in supporting the cause, this event welcomes everyone.

Based on an overwhelming response, we encourage everyone to consider joining us via live stream for this incredible event! Although our in-person spots are filled, we want to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to be part of this meaningful gathering. The event will be live-streamed for those who cannot attend in person, so you can still participate and engage with us remotely.
